Austin families, mark your calendars for Boo at the Zoo at Austin Zoo on October 2, 2026. This seasonal community event brings Halloween energy to the zoo with themed nighttime visits and fun for guests of different ages.
Make the evening extra special with a train ride, musical entertainment, and time exploring the zoo after dark. Selected October dates also include haunted-house experiences, giving visitors the option to add a little more fright to their night.
Before heading out, review the event schedule, admission information, and age-appropriate activities at https://www.austintexas.org/event/boo-at-the-zoo/380255/. Comfortable shoes, a light jacket, and a plan for your group can help make the experience even smoother.
As a local mortgage broker, I enjoy sharing the events and traditions that make Austin feel like home. Tag your Halloween crew, save the date, and enjoy a memorable night at Austin Zoo.
